نحن في تطبيق جماعة نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه بدقة ما نجمعه ولماذا وأين يُخزَّن عند استخدام التطبيق.

بلا حسابات: لا نطلب تسجيل حساب، ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك. يُنشئ التطبيق معرّفاً عشوائياً للجهاز (رقم مجهول) لتمييز جهازك عن غيره دون معرفة هويتك.

البيانات التي نجمعها

الموقع الجغرافي (دقيق): يُستخدم لعرض المصليات والجماعات القريبة منك. عند بدء جماعة أو حفظ مصلى جديد، تُرسل إحداثيات ذلك المكان إلى خادمنا وتُخزَّن مرتبطة بمعرّف جهازك المجهول، لأن هذه هي طريقة عثور المصلين القريبين عليك. لا نتتبع تحركاتك ولا نخزّن سجل تنقلاتك، ولا يُرسل موقعك إلا عند قيامك بهذه الإجراءات.

معرّف الجهاز المجهول: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك ويُرسل مع كل عملية (بدء جماعة، انضمام، متابعة مصلى، بلاغ) لربط إجراءاتك ببعضها ومنع التكرار. ليس مرتبطاً بهويتك الشخصية، ويُحذف عند حذف التطبيق.

محتوى تُنشئه أنت: وصف المصلى والصورة التي ترفعها تُخزَّن على خادمنا وتظهر لبقية المستخدمين القريبين. لا ترفع صوراً تحتوي أشخاصاً أو معلومات خاصة.

البلاغات: عند الإبلاغ عن مصلى، نحفظ سبب البلاغ والنص الاختياري الذي تكتبه مع معرّف جهازك، لمراجعة المحتوى ومنع التكرار.

الإشعارات: إن سمحت بها، يُرسل رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك (من Apple أو Google) إلى خادمنا لإعلامك عند بدء الصلاة في مصلى تتابعه. يمكنك تعطيلها في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو جهازك.

بيانات الاستخدام (تحليلات): نستخدم Google Analytics for Firebase لجمع إحصاءات مجهولة عن استخدام التطبيق (مثل فتح التطبيق، بدء جماعة، تغيير اللغة) لتحسين التطبيق. لا تتضمن اسمك ولا محتوى ما تكتبه.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.

نستعين بمزودي خدمة يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط: Supabase (استضافة قاعدة البيانات والصور)، وGoogle Firebase (التحليلات وإشعارات أندرويد)، وApple (إشعارات iOS).

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

على جهازك: تفضيلاتك (نطاق البحث، اللغة، الإشعارات) ونسخة مؤقتة من المصليات القريبة وصورها.

على خادمنا: الجماعات التي بدأتها أو انضممت إليها، والمصليات التي حفظتها (وصفها وصورتها وإحداثياتها)، والمصليات التي تتابعها، والبلاغات التي أرسلتها، ورمز الإشعارات — كلها مرتبطة بمعرّف جهازك المجهول لا بهويتك.

حقوقك وحذف بياناتك

يمكنك حذف أي مصلى أضفته من داخل التطبيق، وإلغاء متابعة أي مصلى، وإيقاف الإشعارات أو إذن الموقع من إعدادات جهازك. حذف التطبيق يزيل كل البيانات المخزنة على جهازك ومعرّفه.

لطلب حذف البيانات المرتبطة بجهازك من خادمنا، راسلنا على البريد أدناه وسنستجيب خلال 30 يوماً.

أمان البيانات

نستخدم إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية بياناتك. جميع الاتصالات مشفرة.

خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً ولا نجمع بيانات من أطفال عن قصد.

Introduction

At Jamaah, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and where it is stored when you use the app.

No accounts: We do not require registration and never collect your name, email, or phone number. The app generates a random device identifier (an anonymous number) so we can tell devices apart without knowing who you are.

Data We Collect

Precise location: Used to show prayer spaces and congregations near you. When you start a congregation or save a new musalla, the coordinates of that place are sent to our server and stored against your anonymous device identifier — this is how nearby worshippers find you. We do not track your movements and do not store a location history; your location is only sent when you take these actions.

Anonymous device identifier: A random number generated on your device and sent with each action (starting a congregation, joining, following a musalla, reporting) to link your own actions together and prevent duplicates. It is not tied to your personal identity and is removed when you delete the app.

Content you create: The musalla description and photo you upload are stored on our server and shown to other nearby users. Please do not upload photos containing people or private information.

Reports: When you report a musalla, we store the reason and any optional text you write, together with your device identifier, so we can review the content and prevent duplicate reports.

Notifications: If you allow them, your device's push token (from Apple or Google) is sent to our server so we can notify you when prayer starts at a musalla you follow. You can disable this at any time in the app or your device settings.

Usage data (analytics): We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage statistics (such as app opens, starting a congregation, changing language) to improve the app. This does not include your name or anything you write.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes, we show no advertisements, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

We use service providers that process data only on our behalf: Supabase (database and image hosting), Google Firebase (analytics and Android notifications), and Apple (iOS notifications).

Where Your Data Is Stored

On your device: Your preferences (search radius, language, notifications) and a temporary cache of nearby musallas and their images.

On our server: Congregations you started or joined, musallas you saved (description, photo, coordinates), musallas you follow, reports you submitted, and your push token — all linked to your anonymous device identifier, not to your identity.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

You can delete any musalla you added from inside the app, unfollow any musalla, and turn off notifications or location permission in your device settings. Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device, including its identifier.

To request deletion of the data associated with your device from our server, email us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Data Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
